Qatar Foundation
A Qatar Foundation employee-engagement event built around the organisation’s wider purpose, future direction and collective impact. ONSITE Trading & Services supplied event structures, while Fluge AV Middle East supplied the video package for the production.
Video package supplied by Fluge AV Middle East: the video environment included a 63 m² 3.9 mm LED screen, Panasonic RZ12K projectors, Barco E2 / EC50 control, a Panasonic AW-HE50 camera and multiple LED monitors.
Darb Al Saai
Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy
During Qatar National Day activities at Darb Al Saai, the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy presented projects, infrastructure and opportunities through an interactive public exhibition. ONSITE supplied event structures, supported by audiovisual delivery from Fluge AV Middle East.
Audiovisual equipment supplied by Fluge AV Middle East: the technical package referenced D&B sound, Clay Paky lighting, GrandMA2 control, Panasonic high-output projection and a network of LED monitors.
Doha Jewellery Show
For the Doha Jewellery Show at DECC, ONSITE delivered rigging services alongside selected audiovisual equipment for the exhibition environment.
The project archive records 124 rigging points, Prolyte H30v truss, Stagemaker SR10 motors, Meyer UPA-1p sound packages and Robe Robin 600 LedWash fixtures in selected areas.
Qatar Motor Show
ONSITE supplied rigging services for exhibitors at the Qatar Motor Show at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre.
The archived project records 300 rigging points across 25 exhibitors, using Prolyte H30v truss and Stagemaker SR10 motors. The installation approach was selected to improve setup efficiency around the exhibition build.
Qatar Summer Festival
For the Qatar Summer Festival, ONSITE developed an architectural lighting treatment for the DECC façade, using colour and programmed effects to transform the venue appearance over the course of the event.
The lighting concept was pre-studied in WYSIWYG to prepare looks and photometric information in advance, with a Clay Paky / GrandMA2 / Griven-based lighting package documented in the original project post.
Qatar International Food Festival
Supported Auditoire Qatar
For the Qatar International Food Festival at Sheraton Park, ONSITE supported Auditoire Qatar with architectural lighting designed to shape the event environment.
The project archive references Clay Paky Alpha Spot HPE1500 fixtures controlled through a GrandMA2 Ultra-lite console.
